We aim to deliver high‑quality digital services. Because our work begins soon after an order and involves effort and time, our refunds are limited as described below.
1. Cancellations
- Requests within 24 hours of payment are eligible if project work has not started.
- Once discovery/design/development has begun, cancellations are not accepted; fees for completed milestones remain payable.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Eligible: duplicate payments, technical errors, or where we cannot commence the project after payment.
- Not Eligible: change of mind, delay in client inputs, or dissatisfaction after delivery as per approved scope.
3. Process & Timelines
- To request a refund, email contact@vsitinfotech.in with order details.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we may suspend services and share supporting evidence with the payment provider to resolve the dispute.
