- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full and final payment, project-specific IP (code, creatives, etc.) is assigned to the client unless otherwise agreed. Re-usable frameworks, libraries, and know‑how remain our property.

6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely content, approvals, and access required to execute the project.
